Why choose our Social Infrastructure Strategy

We've taken the initiative with a strategy that addresses social and environmental challenges while offering the prospect of a market-rate return. Capital growth potential is underpinned by long-term, stable, inflation-linked cash flows.

The key differentiators of our strategy are its dual return objective, a diversified portfolio and its proprietary impact approach.

A Strategy with a Dual Return Objective

Opportunity to generate financial returns and have a positive social and environmental impact in the community

A Well-Balanced Pan-European Portfolio

Highly diversified portfolio across geography, sector, tenant, asset strategy and lease expiry

Proprietary Impact Management Framework

Impact integrated into each stage of the investment process through tools and frameworks based on best practices for impact management

Our Real Estate Portfolio

We invest across the main social infrastructure sectors, with a focus on healthcare, education and housing assets. With regards to geography, we invest across Europe, with a focus on the eurozone.

Our strategy results in a highly diversified portfolio by sector, geography, tenant, asset strategy and lease expiry.

Impact Approach

We seek to provide market-rate risk-adjusted returns, similar to non-impact strategies in the core real estate category. This approach to impact investing is called “finance-first”.

We aim to make an impact that is split into both community-related issues and environmental factors. These contributions are aligned to 7 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals:

Annual Impact Report

Our sixth Annual Impact Report underscores our unwavering commitment to managing and measuring impact to the highest standards. The summary version contains:

  • An overview of our impact management and measurement approach
  • Top-level portfolio metrics including the latest net zero pathways
  • Example impact evaluations for both an asset and a Sustainable Development Goal
